Collect Scout provides a quick self-service experience
to follow up on late invoices easily. Simply enter in a few details and we’ll start payment mediation with the debtor.
We currently use two methods to communicate with debtors:
• Email of demand
• Follow-up SMS
With no threatening phone calls or messages, we work with the debtors to get to the best outcome. Collect Scout records all activities and attempts, allowing for escalation if outstanding invoices can’t be resolved.
